We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your Birkenstocks are tried on on a carpeted surface to maintain their pristine condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Birkenstock box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
